Nothing too much trouble, I had a nice experience, loved it. Chic place with exceptional service. The location was prime as for me. The beach nearby was beautiful and the view was incredible. A good restaurant in hotel. Friendly check-in was a bonus.

Well organised staff and fab location, reasonable prices. I slept so comfy in the very big bed. Lots of food for breakfast including milk, pastries, scrambled eggs, breads and cheese.

I had a quite comfortable experience in Puerto del Carmen. Beautifully designed units and courteous staff. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Amazing interior, amazing restaurant.

Perfectly good property, tidy, special service and nice value. I had luxurious suite with the fridge as well as a very private huge terrace. There also was paid parking and great pool. The whole experience was excellent, nothing too much trouble, would recommend❤

I liked my time here. Slices of fresh bread, scrambled eggs, milk, bacon and jam were served in the morning. Luxury bathroom, neat bed, great bedroom. Gorgeous reception. Within walking distance of the ideal beach.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was perfect and had a huge variety of food. The standard queen suite room included an air conditioning, a laptop-compatible safe and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, we were happy about that. Easy to get to and steps away from the beach. Apart from that, Aquarium Centro Comercial was 10 minutes away by driving. Easy base for 4 nights.

Free Wi-Fi was a pleasant addition. A convenient base for exploring Puerto del Carmen. We really enjoyed staying at lani's suites de luxe.
